Viewers are shown their leather seats, plush headrests, and meticulously crafted steering wheel, all designed to create a truly refined driving experience in Lucid cars.

What you might not have noticed, and what I didn’t notice the first time, is that at 4 seconds into the video, there is a name written. The name is Poltrona Frau.

Poltrona Frau is an esteemed furniture-making company from Italy, boasting a rich history of 113 years. Renowned across the globe for its exquisite leather furniture, the brand is synonymous with luxury and craftsmanship.

Poltrona Frau has partnered with some of the largest and most luxurious brands in the automotive industry. Their impressive client list includes Alfa Romeo, Bugatti, Ferrari, and Maserati—names synonymous with luxury. Poltrona Frau enhances these brands by elevating their products. Additionally, they have experience designing interiors for multimillion-dollar yachts by Pershing.

It’s obvious that a deal is happening with Poltrona Frau, but the question that remains is what the deal will entail. Equally as important is whether this will be a cost-saving measure for Lucid.
